I am a hands-on product builder with leadership-grade judgment. I shipped a multi-tenant SaaS from zero to production, redesigned an AI-captured CRM surface that lifted daily active users by 40%, and led an AI-assisted product rebuild that doubled AI usage across the platform. I build reusable systems that compound: at Microsoft a reworked onboarding flow cut global partner onboarding time by over 60%. I still build because the work gets sharper when strategy, craft, code, testing, and customer feedback stay connected.
